A heavy-duty waterjet loom platform designed for fast and stable weaving of suitable hydrophobic yarns such as polyester and nylon, with a structure developed for long production runs and consistent fabric quality.
Stable High-Speed Waterjet Weaving
The SPEED X 80010 uses a strengthened machine structure across the let-off, shedding, take-up and drive areas. It can be configured with single or double pump systems and electronic controls for colour and density requirements.
Waterjet technology is especially effective for suitable synthetic yarns because the water stream can move the weft through the shed rapidly with relatively low mechanical complexity.
